Overview
The Content Publisher will play a key role in supporting Assembly Digital Commerce's mission to deliver seamless, high-performing digital experiences for global brands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, and maintaining a wide range of digital content across eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution.
You will work closely with internal teams to build landing pages, update product detail pages, manage promotional content, and support weekly and seasonal content refreshes. This position requires strong CMS experience (ideally Contentful), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of repetitive content tasks with precision. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge will help you make quick formatting tweaks when needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform DAM check-ups to validate asset availability, accuracy, and compliance.
- Gather required assets (copy, imagery, rich content) across client systems.
- Upload assets into AVC (BC + RC) ensuring correct mapping and metadata completion.
- Conduct Scrapfinders check-ups to identify missing or inconsistent elements
- Create new ASINs and manage full lifecycle of product listings within Amazon Vendor Central (AVC).
- Ensure accuracy of titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, and rich media.
- Validate brand compliance and digital shelf readiness for all ASINs.
- Support daily/weekly tasks including:BN (Brandstore) asset upload,,Brandstore NPD uploads and Content refreshes and listing enhancements
- Build product cards and content modules in Synthrone.
- Support brandstore updates, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor dependencies and flag missing assets or blockers for go-live timelines.
- Execute quick-turn content updates, including urgent requests and same-day changes.
- Validate that uploaded content is accurate, complete, and follows brand and platform guidelines.
- Ensure clean formatting, asset correctness, and error-free publishing.
- Maintain consistency across product detail pages, brandstore pages, and promotional assets.
Required Skills
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (AVC)including ASIN creation, content setup, and listing management.
- Experience using systems such as Synthrone, DAM platforms, and internal client tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent task organization and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently with large sets of repetitive content while maintaining accuracy.
- Good understanding of eCommerce workflows, product data, and content publishing processes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
