Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Producer cum Editor to oversee end-to-end content creation—from concept development and production planning to post-production editing. The role requires strong storytelling skills, technical editing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Production Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video/content projects aligned with editorial and brand objectives
- Develop story outlines, scripts, and production schedules
- Manage shoots (studio and field), including logistics, locations, and permissions
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, and adherence to editorial guidelines
Editing & Post-Production Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into compelling final content.
- Maintain narrative flow, pacing, sound balance, and visual continuity
- Add graphics, captions, tickers, voiceovers, music, and visual effects as required
- Review and revise edits based on editorial
Content & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with broadcast standards and ethical guidelines
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity
- Archive and manage footage efficiently
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong storytelling and editorial judgment
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Good understanding of camera work, lighting, sound, and framing
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Film & Television Production, or a related field
