Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, creative and communication-driven Content Partnerships Management Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves travel, understands the creator ecosystem, and can manage relationships with influencers, hosts, and content partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, reach out, and onboard influencers, content creators, travel vloggers, and media partners.

Maintain and manage partnership pipelines, communication, and follow-ups.

Coordinate content requirements for campaigns, collaborations, and property showcases.

Build high-quality relationships with hosts and creators for consistent storytelling.

Support in planning monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing goals.

Track and analyse performance of collaborations and generate basic reports.

Assist in managing social media content flow from partners and creators.

Represent Gharana Stays professionally during interactions with creators and external partners.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.

Interest in travel, content creation, and partnerships.

Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Ability to work full-time in a hybrid setup (Jaipur-based preferred).
