Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Content Operations Associate to support the end-to-end quality and delivery of video content. This role is critical in ensuring that all content meets platform standards before going live, while also coordinating across teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Content Quality Check
- Perform thorough QC of all video uploads before publication
- Ensure video, audio, metadata, and overall presentation meet platform standards
- Identify and flag errors or inconsistencies prior to release
Subtitles & Copy Review
- Generate and review subtitles for accuracy, timing, and readability
- Conduct copy checks for titles, descriptions, and metadata to ensure clarity and correctness
- Maintain consistency in tone and formatting across content
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with content, production, and creative teams to resolve issues quickly
- Track and follow up on fixes to ensure timely content delivery
- Communicate clearly about blockers and timelines
Data Tracking & Basic Analysis
- Maintain trackers for content status, issues, and performance
- Conduct basic analysis to identify recurring issues or improvement areas
- Generating reports with structured data and insights
Requirements
- Spoken and written proficiency in English
- Excellent attention to detail and quality-first mindset
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in content operations, media, or OTT platforms
- Familiarity with subtitle tools or content management systems
- Basic understanding of data tracking and reporting
