Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with company policies and guidelines. Key tasks include identifying inappropriate or non-compliant materials, addressing user reports, providing feedback, and maintaining platform integrity. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance content standards and addressing technical or customer service issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate content for accuracy and compliance
• Excellent Communication skills to clearly interact with team members and address user queries
• Customer Service and Technical Support skills to resolve user issues and maintain a positive platform experience
• Ability to deliver effective Training to peers on updated content moderation policies and practices
• Hold a Master's degree in a related field, with a focus on detail and critical thinking
• Proficiency with content management tools and platforms is a plus
• Experience in a similar role within content moderation or compliance is preferred but not mandatory
