Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Moderator. The Content Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies. Key tasks include identifying and addressing inappropriate or harmful content, providing support to users, and collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and engaging online platform. As a Content Moderator, you will help uphold the integrity and trust of Globelance's platform while ensuring a positive user experience.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks under deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools or social media monitoring systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Media, or a related field is desirable.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to promoting a secure online environment.
