What You'll Do
- Own content creation & SEO strategy Write high-impact, SEO-optimised blogs, landing pages, use cases, and website copy that drive traffic, generate demand, and position TermGrid as the category leader. Continuously refine and optimise existing content using keyword research, on-page SEO best practices, and smart internal linking to improve performance and clarity
- Elevate content quality and consistency Ensure all content aligns with our messaging, tone of voice, and brand guidelines, helping build a sharp, credible, and differentiated market presence
- Lead freelancer & contributor collaboration Brief, manage, and inspire freelance writers and external contributors to deliver exceptional content on time. Edit and quality-check submissions, manage feedback cycles, and maintain clear templates and contributor guidelines to enable scalable content production
- Drive cross-functional marketing alignment Partner closely with the marketing team to align content with SEO priorities, campaigns, and distribution plans, ensuring every piece of content has a clear purpose and measurable impact
- Own content planning & publishing cadence Support content roadmap development, coordinate publishing schedules, and help amplify content through strategic promotion
- Build and refine our style guide Collaborate on developing and maintaining a clear, consistent style framework that empowers contributors and protects brand voice as we scale
- Track performance & optimise for growth Monitor content performance against agreed KPIs, extract actionable insights, and continuously iterate to improve engagement, visibility, and conversion
- Support smart budget utilisation Help track and manage the content budget to ensure resources are deployed efficiently for maximum ROI
What We're Looking For
- Own and scale our content engine Create, optimise, and continuously improve SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and product content that drive traffic, authority, and measurable growth
- Lead content collaboration end-to-end Brief and manage freelancers, align with marketing and product teams, maintain brand voice and style standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- Turn performance insights into growth Track KPIs, apply SEO best practices, leverage tools like Search Console and SEMrush, and refine content strategy based on data
- Bring strong B2B/SaaS content expertise Combine sharp writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and support demand generation in a fast-scaling environment
- Operate with ownership and curiosity Stay organised, embrace feedback, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and thrive in a high-growth, high-accountability team
