Content Marketing Specialist
Role OverviewWe are hiring a Content & Social Media Specialist with a strong marketing foundation to own research-driven content creation, social media presence, community engagement, and event/workshop promotion.
This is a content-first, marketing-aligned role where you will plan, write, publish, analyze, and optimize content across platforms to support brand positioning, engagement, demand generation, and campaigns.
Design execution is handled by the Designer, and paid ads/SEO execution by the SEO & Digital Specialistthis role owns content strategy, messaging, and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Research audience behavior, platform trends, and competitor content to guide strategy
- Create marketing-led content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and events
- Define hooks, storytelling angles, platform tone, and clear CTAs
- Manage daily social posting, comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, launches, and events
- Collaborate with Design and SEO teams to ensure message and keyword alignment
- Track content performance and share insights for continuous improvement
Required Skills- Strong content writing and storytelling skills
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Hands-on social media management experience
- Strong research and analytical mindset
- Understanding of platform nuances, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs
- Basic knowledge of content and social media analytics
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a startup / fast-paced environment
Preferred Background- Content marketing or social media marketing experience
- Exposure to startups, B2B, tech, or services brands
- Marketing qualification or marketing-focused experience is a plus
