Role Overview
We're looking for a high-ownership Content Marketing Manager to lead content across app, website, blog, and social media. This role blends strategy and execution shaping strong narratives, creating culturally relevant campaigns, and building content that drives daily engagement and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage quarterly editorial calendars aligned with product launches and key events
- Create and execute engaging content across formats: articles, in-app guides, quizzes, videos, and social posts
- Conceptualize and script short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Lead content creation end-to-end: ideation, writing, briefs, reviews, and final delivery
- Run organic and paid content campaigns; analyze performance and optimize using insights
- Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, freelancers, and internal teams
- Experiment with new formats like live sessions, webinars, or podcasts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in content, social media, or creative marketing
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead creative partners
