The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Manager who will split their time between building FlipHQ's own content presence and creating content strategies, frameworks, and execution for our clients . You'll work directly with the founder to establish content as a cornerstone of our GTM methodology and eventually build a repeatable content charter practice.
This is an individual contributor role with the potential to build and lead a content practice of your own along with a team as we scale.
What You'll Do
First 30 Days
- Audit existing content practices across FlipHQ and active client accounts
- Meet with clients and prospects to understand their content needs and gaps
- Establish content calendar processes and workflows for internal and client work
First 60 Days
- Launch and ship content pieces across short-form and long-form formats
- Build frameworks for repurposing long-form SEO/AEO/GEO content into social content
- Create repeatable content templates and playbooks for client delivery
First 90 Days
- Own the full content calendar for FlipHQ and key client accounts
- Develop and document your own content charter methodology
- Begin scaling content operations with external writers and contributors
Ongoing Responsibilities
For FlipHQ (Internal - 30%)
- Manage content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletters
- Create blog articles, case studies, and guides that showcase our work and methodology
- Support founder-led thought leadership content (ghostwriting, editing, distribution)
For Clients (External - 70%)
- Design content strategies and calendars aligned to client GTM goals
- Build repeatable content frameworks and templates clients can scale
- Produce content directly or manage specialized writers to deliver client work
- Train client teams on content best practices and execution

- Engagement metrics: Growing impressions, engagement rates, and audience across channels
- Client satisfaction: High retention and positive feedback on content charter delivery
- Systems & leverage: Documented frameworks that enable scalable, repeatable content motions
Who You Are
Must-Haves
- 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- B2B SaaS or tech background with strong understanding of GTM methodology
- Exceptional writing skills across formats (social, blog, case studies, frameworks)
- AI-first mindset: Fluent with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity to accelerate research and creation
- SEO/AEO optimization expertise: You understand how to create content that ranks and gets discovered
- Execution-oriented: Comfortable building from scratch, moving fast, and iterating based on feedback
- Eye for detail and curation: You ship polished, thoughtful content that reflects brand quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity: You thrive in environments where processes are being built, not inherited
Nice-to-Haves
- Design tools experience (Figma, Canva) to collaborate with designers or create simple assets
- CMS experience (Framer, Webflow, WordPress) to publish and optimize content independently
- Analytics familiarity (GA4, Looker Studio) to track content performance

- Poor or generic writing samples
- No hands-on experience with AI tools
- Cannot commit to 5 days/week on-site in Gurgaon (includes 2 working Saturdays for sprint planning)
- Lack of B2B marketing experience
