Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused Content Marketing Manager for who can independently own key content channels and drive measurable growth in organic traffic, AI visibility, qualified leads, engagement, and conversions. Your responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of our blog, website management, and key content initiatives, while working closely with the team to lead on high-impact content-led growth initiatives.

- Own and execute content strategy aligned with business, product, SEO, and growth goals.
- Manage and optimizewebsite, landing pages, and blog content for traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Expand content reach through Reddit, Medium, and other relevant platforms.
- Create marketing and sales enablement content and collateral.
- Use AI-powered workflows to scale content creation, repurposing, and experimentation.
- Track content performance and optimize forengagement, leads, and conversions.
- 3-5 years of content marketing experience, including 2+ years in SaaS or EdTech.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and content strategy skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Experience building an audience through platforms such as Reddit and Medium.
- Strong ownership and ability to independently manage projects and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
