Tenon10 is a Canadian AI-native property management platform built for the Ontario rental market. We automate rent collection, lease management, compliance, and tenant communication — powered by our AI copilot, Keya. Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Toronto, we're building the operating system for rental property management in North America. We're a bootstrapped, fast-growing startup looking for founding team members from India to help us scale.

Role Description

We're building our content engine from scratch. You'll own the creation of blogs, short-form video, and social media content that drives real customer acquisition — not vanity metrics.

You will write SEO-optimized blog posts targeting property managers and landlords in Ontario from a 100-article content strategy we've already mapped out. You will create short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels using Pictory for AI-powered video generation and Freepik for design assets. You will design and publish LinkedIn posts and carousels using Freepik and our in-house editor. You will repurpose long-form content into social media assets across platforms. You will use Claude AI as a research and writing assistant to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and originality. You will manage and publish content through our CMS, ensuring consistency in scheduling, formatting, and SEO optimization. You will track content performance and iterate based on what drives traffic and leads.

This is a 6-month, full-time, on-site internship based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. ₹20,000/month stipend with PF. PPO up to ₹40,000/month based on performance. Mac Mini provided. Report to our CMO with direct access to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Strong English writing skills — clear, concise, and professional
• Experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) — even personal projects count
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude for research and content drafting
• Comfortable with design tools like Canva, Freepik, and video tools like Pictory
• Hands-on experience with a CMS (WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, or similar)
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
• Self-starter who can manage a content calendar independently
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
• Bonus: Interest in real estate, property management, or B2B SaaS
