Content Marketing Head will oversee the content marketing strategy, manage a team of content creators, and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective marketing campaigns. Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 11,00,000 / year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of content creators, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across multiple platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and industry trends.
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to create impactful content aligned with business objectives.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and corporate communications.
- Oversee sales-related content initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice, values, and strategic vision.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1- 5years of experience in content marketing, with team or project leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content distribution strategies.
