About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in managing the company's online presence. The intern will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling social media platforms, assisting with website updates, and helping build brand awareness through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Design creative posts, stories, banners, and promotional content.
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram and other platforms.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Content Creation

• Write engaging captions, social media content, and promotional copy.
• Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
• Assist in creating blogs, articles, and marketing materials.

Website Management

• Update website content, images, and company information.
• Upload blogs, news articles, and service-related content.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure website information is accurate and up to date.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in SEO activities and keyword research.
• Monitor website and social media analytics.
• Support email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help generate leads through digital marketing initiatives.

Branding & Creative Activities

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Create presentations, brochures, and promotional materials when required.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing skills for reels and short videos.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
