We are looking for a Content Marketing Associate to support content development initiatives across the Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare verticals. The role requires strong research writing skills combined with a foundational understanding of content marketing to create insightful, business-aligned content assets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth secondary research using credible industry sources (reports,journals, white papers, publications)
- Develop high-quality content assets including:
- Blogs and articles
- White papers, eBooks and point-of-view (POV) documents
- Case studies and solution briefs
- Marketing collaterals such as one-pagers and website content
- Translate complex pharma, life sciences, and healthcare concepts into clear,compelling narratives
- Support content marketing initiatives by aligning content to target audiences,messaging frameworks, and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including SMEs, marketing, and designteams
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on content to meet quality and accuracystandards
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and formatting across assets.
- Assist in planning and execution of content calendars for the vertical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience writing B2B or thought leadership content
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals and performance-driven content
- Experience working with SMEs or technical stakeholders
- 12 years of experience in research-driven content writing
- Basic understanding of content marketing fundamentals (audience intent, content formats, distribution awareness)
- Familiarity with Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domains (through education, internships, or work experience)
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into structured content
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
