As a Content Marketing Professional within our Product Marketing and Digital Content Team, you will be responsible for building and launching product content, optimizing digital experiences, and ensuring content is accurate, compliant, and consistently delivered against business objectives. You will develop and deliver end-to-end product launch content and refreshed collateral, translating complex product details into clear, client-ready messaging. Build and optimize product webpages for clarity and SEO, while coordinating global stakeholder and legal/compliance reviews to ensure timely, accurate publication. You will manage multiple workstreams and use performance insights to continuously improve content quality and user experience.
Job Responsibilities
. Develop end-to-end product launch materials by partnering with SMEs to create pitchbooks, solution sheets, email copy, and related asset.
. Write clear, client-friendly content by translating complex product details into compelling messaging for defined audiences.
. Build and maintain product webpages by drafting and structuring copy for clarity and coordinating publishing with design/UX and technology teams.
. Optimize webpage content for SEO best practices, including on-page structure, keyword alignment, and readability improvements.
. Refresh existing product collateral to reflect product enhancements, positioning updates, and evolving business priorities.
. Incorporate legal and compliance feedback to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards.
. Coordinate global reviews and approvals by managing inputs, tracking changes, and ensuring timely sign-offs across stakeholders.
. Manage multiple concurrent workstreams by prioritizing deliverables to support launches and business-as-usual updates.
. Maintain content quality and brand standards through strong editing, version control, style guide adherence, and accessibility considerations.
. Evaluate content performance in partnership with analytics and channel owners to recommend improvements to copy, structure, and user experience.
. Strengthen stakeholder relationships through proactive communication, clear status updates, early risk escalation, and solution-oriented execution.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
. Demonstrate at least 9ears of experience in content marketing or product marketing within financial services.
. Exhibit excellent writing and editing skills with proven ability to simplify complex concepts for client audiences.
. Apply strong stakeholder management skills across global partners, including product, marketing, web, and legal/compliance.
. Deliver high-quality work under tight timelines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
. Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously using strong organizational and prioritization skills.
. Operate effectively in structured review and approval workflows, including compliance-led processes.
. Communicate clearly and professionally across time zones and seniority levels.
. Use core productivity tools proficiently, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
. Bring experience supporting product launches and maintaining content libraries across channels.
. Leverage hands-on familiarity with web publishing and content operations workflows.
. Use workflow/project management tools such as Workfront or Monday.com.
. Analyze performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms.
. Apply SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar solutions.
. Demonstrate working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization best practices.
. Show experience working in regulated industries with formal review and approval requirements.
