Whizz HR is looking for a Content Lead in Bangalore
About the Role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Content & Storytelling Lead who lives and breathes words, to
own how Liveprompt.ai speaks to the world. This role is focused purely on
content creation and copyno community management, no influencer
coordinationjust high-quality, high-velocity content that moves people to think,
feel, and act.
* Turn our product, vision, and customer stories into clear, sharp, and
compelling content.
* Write across long-form and short-form formats: blogs, landing pages, emails,
scripts, decks, and social posts.
* Leverage AI tools heavily to ideate, draft, and repurpose content fastwhile
maintaining a strong human voice and strategic narrative.
* Work closely with Founders, Sales/Growth, and the Creative & Design Lead
to ensure content directly supports brand, pipeline, and product goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Editorial Ownership Own the content calendar across blogs, landing pages, emailers, and key campaigns.
* Plan and write blogs, case studies, product explainers, and thoughtleadership pieces that position Liveprompt.ai as the Strategic Intelligence
Platform category leader.
* Draft and refine website and landing page copy (headlines, subheads, body
copy, CTAs) focused on clarity and conversion.
* Write founder/leadership content: LinkedIn posts, opinion pieces, and scripts
for talks, videos, and podcasts.
2. Multi-Format Content Creation (Long & Short Form)
* Create content for blog articles and knowledge pieces.
* Create content for landing pages and feature pages.
* Write email sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.
* Write LinkedIn/X posts, threads, and carousels (copy only; design handled by
Creative & Design Lead).
* Draft scripts for product videos, demo walkthroughs, and ad creatives.
* Ensure every piece of content is on-voice, on-message, and on-brief, tailored
to founders, CXOs, and operators.
3. AI-First Content Production
* Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai, Notion AI,
etc.) to brainstorm angles, outlines, hooks, and titles.
* Generate first drafts and variations using AI to speed up output while you own
the final editorial quality.
* Repurpose one core asset (e.g., a webinar or long blog) into multiple formats:
short posts, emailers, scripts, etc.
* Build a personal workflow where AI helps you work 35x faster, while you
own the judgment, nuance, and final quality.
* Stay current with new AI content tools and share best practices with the team.
4. SEO & Conversion-Focused Copy
* Conduct basic keyword and topic research to align content with what our ICP
is searching for.
* Apply on-page SEO fundamentals (titles, meta descriptions, headings,
internal links) to drive organic visibility.
* Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages and campaigns with clear
CTAs and benefit-led messaging.
5. Measurement & Iteration
* Track performance of key content pieces using simple metrics: traffic, time on
page, signups, CTR, replies, and saves/shares.
* Work with growth/marketing to identify what's working, what isn't, and how to
tweak messaging, angles, or formats.
* Maintain a simple log of content experiments and learnings so we
continuously improve our playbook.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborate with the Creative & Design Lead to turn your copy into scrollstopping visuals, carousels, and ads.
* Work with Sales & Growth to support outbound and campaigns with sharp
messaging: email templates, deck copy, one-pagers.
* Partner with Product & Customer Success to extract real customer stories,
use cases, and proof points for content.
* Align with Founders on narrative, tone, and key messages for strategic
communications.
