Content Manager

Create engaging and trending content (videos, reels, posts) tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.

o Use AI tools and video editing platforms like Canva, InShot, or others to design and enhance content for maximum engagement.

o Identify and capitalize on trending topics, challenges, or memes to create viral content.

o Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure consistent posting and brand visibility.

o Grow social media channels by increasing followers, likes, shares, and comments.

o Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive content.

o Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to create content that resonates with the audience.

o Adapt quickly to changes in platform algorithms and audience preferences.

o Work with the marketing or creative team to align content with brand goals.

o Manage and track content performance using analytics tools to improve content strategy.

o Quick to learn and apply new content creation tools, trends, and techniques.

o Ability to adapt content to different platforms and audience types for maximum reach.

Minimum 1-year experience in content creation for social media platforms preferred.

Knowledge of AI-powered tools for content creation, design, or enhancement is a plus.

Ability to work remotely and independently while adhering to deadlines.

Preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi/NCR.
