We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to take charge of our content pipeline. You'll manage everything from planning and creating posts to ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and our blog.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, draft, edit, and publish content (articles, social media posts, newsletters, etc.)
- Coordinate with founders, writers, and designers for content needs
- Research startup trends, business news, and industry insights for fresh ideas
- Manage content calendar to ensure timely publishing
- Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms
- Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
- Ensure brand tone, accuracy, and consistency across all channels
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Good understanding of startups, business, and entrepreneurship
- Experience in managing social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram preferred)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital content strategies
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
- Prior experience in content management or journalism is a plus
