In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Own and lead content strategy across BharatPe's consumer and merchant business lines
- Partner closely with creative, growth, performance, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact content outcomes
- Lead content planning and execution across social, performance, and web channels
- Drive experimentation with formats, creators, and narratives to unlock higher engagement, relevance, and scale
Responsibilities will include
Content Strategy & Leadership
- Define and evolve the content vision and roadmap across consumer and merchant businesses
- Revamp and scale the content ecosystem with clear content pillars, formats, and storytelling frameworks
- Use performance data, analytics, and qualitative insights to continuously refine content output and effectiveness
- Own influencer strategy, UGC initiatives, and vendor partnerships for scalable content production
- Lead agency partners across content creation, video production, and campaign execution
- Own content planning and rollout strategy for brand campaigns
- Lead on-ground research, translating market insights into actionable content strategies
- Social Media Strategy & Governance
- Own the social media content strategy across business lines and platforms, with clear objectives for reach, engagement, and growth
- Own YouTube SEO strategy, including keyword research, metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags), thumbnails, and content structuring to improve discoverability and organic growth
- Ensure content quality, consistency, hygiene, and brand alignment across all social channels
- Website Content Strategy & Management
- Own website content strategy and ongoing content management across pages and journeys
- Partner with design, product, business, and legal teams to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and compliance
- Drive SEO-led content improvements and track website performance metrics
- Lead the creation and optimization of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns
Qualification & Experience (type & industry)
- Relevant Education in Marketing
- 4-6 years of relevant or equivalent industry experience.
Skills & know-how
- Strong strategic thinking with an excellent eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into scalable content strategies
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools such as Metabase, Figma, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage multiple agencies, vendors, and complex projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt writing
