Role

The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the company'scontentstrategy across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensivecontentstrategy that supports business goals and brand objectives.
  • Plan, create, edit, and publish engagingcontentacross websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Should be able to create compelling visual supports, banners, videos etc for thecontentcreated using AI tools and with the support of inhouse designers
  • Maintaincontentcalendars, ensure timely publication, and track results
  • Optimizecontentfor SEO and user engagement by leveraging analytics and best practices.
  • Oversee the consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels.
  • Should know different ways to promote thecontentdeveloped using organic and paid channels to ensure optimal reach and engagement
  • Conductcontentaudits, monitor competitor activity, and identify newcontentopportunities based on research and analytics.
  • Ensure allcontentadheres toapplicable laws, including copyright and data protection.

  • Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing/ MBA
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience incontentcreation, editing, and management of which at least 2+ years should have been in a B2B environment. Experience in creatingcontentfor social ventures or research organizations will be a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities, with knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • AI first approach tocontentmarketing
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset for assessingcontentperformance through metrics and tools like Google Analytics.
