About the Role:
- As a Content Lead, you will develop and execute a content strategy that enhances our brand visibility, engages our audience, and drives business goals.
- You will oversee content creation, distribution, and performance, ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.
- You will work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to craft compelling narratives that educate, inform, and inspire action
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Conduct content audits & competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Create and manage a content calendar for blogs, social media, email, and other
- digital channels.
Content Creation & Oversight
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
- Work with writers, designers, and videographers to produce compelling brand narratives.
- Ensure all content is accurate, brand-aligned, and resonates with our audience.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain consistency and quality.
Content Distribution & Promotion
- Identify the best distribution channels (blogs, social media, email, paid media, etc.).
- Work with the social media and SEO teams to amplify reach and engagement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to re ne content promotion strategies.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Use analytics to optimize content for better reach and impact.
- Prepare reports and share insights with stakeholders to re ne the content approach.
Brand Voice & Leadership
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and messaging across all content.
- Stay updated with industry trends & best practices in content marketing.
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators.
Skills we are looking for:
- Experience: 5 - 8 years in content marketing or a related eld.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of content strategy and SEO.
- Storytelling: Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to track performance metrics and optimize content.
- Collaboration: Works well with marketing, design, and product teams.
- Experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus but not mandatory.
