About the Company

Noa is a VC-backed root-cause first, personalized, weight management startup targeting Tier-2 women primarily with a medical history (hypothyroid/bp/pre-diabetes/PCOS, etc). The user is assessed for weight management test via a 5-pillar protocol designed by our Doctors, Nutritionists, and Fitness Coaches. Based on the test, a routine kit of supplements is recommended along with complementary personalized nutrition decisions and a home-workout plan. The positioning is similar to Traya but for weight than hair.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Content Lead who will act as the creative engine of our growth team. Working hand-in-hand with our Performance Marketer, you are someone who possesses an analytical left brain to deeply understand business goals and data, paired with a highly creative right brain to build powerful brand narratives.

You are a master storyteller, copywriter, and strategist who knows how to script high-converting ads and execute content-led Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns. From scouting and negotiating with creators for high-authority UGC to managing internal and external production teams, you will ensure our creative pipeline is always stocked with high-performing assets. If you know how to turn data insights into winning content concepts and love the thrill of early-stage experimentation, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Build Brand Narrative & GTM: Define and evolve Noa's visual voice, emotional narrative, and content-led GTM strategies to build deep trust with Tier-2 consumers.
  • Ideate & Experiment: Translate performance data into winning content concepts, continuously experimenting with new angles, hooks, and user personas to fight creative fatigue.
  • Copywriting & Scripting: Write high-converting ad copies, landing page text, and compelling video scripts for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Content Production: Own the end-to-end production workflow. Coordinate with in-house and external editors, agencies, and videographers to ensure high-quality output and strict TAT (turnaround time) management.
  • Creator & UGC Procurement: Build Noa's community of creators. Scout, negotiate, and procure high-converting UGC and expert authority-bias content assets.

Who You Are
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Creative Strategy, or Copywriting, ideally within a fast-paced D2C, B2C, or creative agency environment.
  • Analytical Creativity: Ability to look at a performance dashboard, understand CTR/hook rates, and pivot creative strategies accordingly.
  • Execution & Hustle: A self-starter who can multi-task across scripting, project management, and creator negotiations without breaking a sweat.
  • Attitude: High energy, high maturity, and a strong sense of ownership to match the speed of an early-stage startup.
