Role Summary:

At Neo, AI is the foundation. We don't want content managers; we want content engineers. Your role is to build self-running research systems that feed traders fresh, relevant, and compliant insights in real time. You'll design content pipelines that think for themselves - capturing market triggers, packaging them into ideas, and distributing them as cards, alerts, and narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect content systems that generate hundreds of daily trading insights without manual writing.
• Build prompts, templates, and automation rules that adapt with markets.
• Partner with quants, data PMs, and AI engineers to inject price action, F&O data, and macro events into idea generation.
• Measure what matters - signal quality, engagement, and shelf life.
• Document the logic of ideas so the system can learn, scale, and stay SEBI-compliant.

Ideal Profile:

• 3-6 years in financial research, strategy, or trading content.
• Deep market sense across equities, F&O, and macro.
• Fluent with AI tools and structured workflows.
• Clear, structured communicator who values compliance as much as creativity.
