Role Summary
Digital Nest is looking for a dynamic and creative Content Lead who can drive content strategy, execution, and brand communication across multiple platforms. This role requires someone with strong expertise in copywriting, proofreading, SEO, graphic designing, and social media management.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly creative, and capable of leading content initiatives while ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Planning
● Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
● Plan content calendars across digital platforms.
● Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.
2. Copywriting & Proofreading
● Create high-quality content for websites, social media, ads, and campaigns.
● Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality.
● Maintain error-free and engaging content across all channels.
3. SEO & Performance Optimization
● Implement SEO best practices in all content.
● Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility.
● Track content performance and improve rankings and engagement.
4. Social Media Management
● Manage and oversee content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
● Plan engaging posts, captions, and campaigns.
● Monitor performance and optimize strategies for growth.
5. Graphic Designing & Creative Support
● Create or guide the creation of visually appealing content and creatives.
● Work on tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite for basic design needs.
● Collaborate with design teams for high-quality outputs.
6. Team Management & Collaboration
● Lead and manage a team of content writers/designers (if applicable).
● Assign tasks, review work, and ensure timely delivery.
● Coordinate with marketing, sales, and design teams.

Content & SEO Expertise
● Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
● Ability to create engaging and high-performing content.
● Experience in content planning and strategy.
Social Media Expertise
● Proficiency in handling multiple social media platforms.
● Strong understanding of content trends and audience engagement.
● Ability to create and execute content campaigns.
Design Skills
● Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic designing tools.
● Ability to create or guide visual content effectively.
Leadership & Work Discipline
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
● Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
Technical Skills
● SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword tools).
● Content management systems (CMS).
● Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (basic design knowledge).
Education
● Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
● Certifications in Content Marketing, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
