Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a holistic content strategy aligned with brand, SEO, and business goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators (writers, editors, designers, freelancers).
  • Create and oversee high-quality, original content across multiple formats: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website content, social media, email campaigns, video scripts, etc.
  • Collaborate with SEO, product, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure content effectiveness and consistency.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar that supports product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Use content analytics tools to track performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
  • Maintain and evolve brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines across all content.
  • Stay updated on content trends, audience behavior, and competitive content strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a B2B/B2C digital environment.
  • Proven experience leading a content or editorial team.
  • Strong command of written English and editorial best practices.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
