Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Content Head with 910 years of experience in content strategy and management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or digital-first organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the content team, shaping content strategy across multiple digital platforms, and ensuring high-quality, engaging, and SEO-driven content that supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers, editors, and strategists.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content including blogs, website copy, social media content, email campaigns, ad copy, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure all content is brand-consistent, engaging, and optimized for SEO and digital performance.
- Collaborate with SEO, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
- Manage editorial calendars and content pipelines across multiple clients/projects.
- Review, edit, and approve content before publishing to maintain quality standards.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and continuously optimize content strategy based on data insights.
- Stay updated with content marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in English (BA/MA in English or related field preferred).
- 910 years of relevant experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or digital marketing company is mandatory.
- Proven experience in managing and scaling content teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing funnels, and digital content formats.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
