Content & Growth Executive

We are looking for a Content & Growth Executive who can create high-impact content and contribute to driving user engagement and conversions.

Role Overview

This role combines content creation with growth execution. You will be responsible for creating short-form content that captures attention, builds curiosity, and drives users toward our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts/Memes) focused on storytelling and audience engagement

Develop teaser-style content that drives curiosity and directs users to the platform

Work on hooks, captions, and formats that maximize reach and retention

Collaborate with the team to align content with growth and conversion goals

Continuously test and iterate on content based on performance

Maintain consistency in content quality and output

Requirements

Strong understanding of short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

Basic skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Ability to think in terms of hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology

Creative mindset with attention to quality and detail

Willingness to experiment, iterate, and improve

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating or managing social media content

Familiarity with viral content formats and trends

Interest in storytelling, entertainment, or media

Compensation

10,000 20,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance-based incentives (based on content performance and outcomes)
