Content Executive

Responsibilities

Prepare content to promote brands on different platforms like Forums, Quora, Reddit.

Research and prepare a wide variety of content(blog posts, forum replies, guides) on different niches like Digital Marketing, Transportation & Forex.

Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.

Create, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including API guides, user manuals, implementation guides, release notes, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.

Collaborate directly with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate the technical accuracy of content prior to publication.

Translate highly technical specifications into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language.

Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.

Develop standardised templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all documentation.

Act as the primary bridge between engineering and the end-user, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects product features and functionality.

Participate in product planning and sprint reviews to anticipate new documentation needs and manage the content pipeline.

Conduct regular audits of existing documentation to identify gaps, correct errors, and ensure all content remains relevant and up-to-date with current product versions.

Incorporate user feedback and analytics to continuously improve the clarity and usability of documentation.

Educational Background: Must have completed Graduation(Mass communication).

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus point.
