Job Description

Job Title: Content Quality Analyst (Brand, Accuracy, SEO & GEO)

Company: Technorhythms

Location: On-site Pune, Maharashtra, India

Work Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM (IST)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 12 years

Compensation: 20,000 25,000 per month

Role Summary

Technorhythms is looking for a detail-oriented Content Quality Analyst to act as the final quality gate for all published content. This role ensures every asset aligns with brand tone, is factually accurate, structurally clear, and optimized for both traditional search (SEO) and AI-driven discovery (GEO).

GEO here refers to optimizing content for AI summaries, assistants, and next-gen search experiences.

You'll work closely with writers, SEO, and marketing teams to maintain high quality without slowing publishing velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand tone & clarity QA

  • Ensure content matches Comapny brand voice, readability standards, and audience expectations
  • Improve clarity, structure, and flow without changing the author's intent
  • Flag generic, inconsistent, or overly promotional sections

Accuracy & factual validation

Verify facts, data points, terminology, product claims, and competitor references

Identify unsupported claims or assumptions presented as facts

Maintain internal consistency (definitions, metrics, naming conventions)

SEO & GEO readiness

Ensure correct on-page SEO fundamentals (intent match, headings, structure)

Strengthen semantic completeness and snippet-friendly phrasing

Improve AI discoverability with clear definitions and context-rich answers

Editorial finishing & fast turnarounds

Apply quick, high-confidence edits (tone, clarity, formatting, basic SEO)

For deeper gaps, share structured, actionable feedback with writers

Quality governance

Maintain and apply a QC checklist across content types

Track recurring quality issues and share insights to improve upstream writing

Support ongoing improvement of standards, templates, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year experience in content editing, content QA, editorial ops, or SEO content

Strong command of English and ability to simplify complex ideas accurately

Working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals

Sharp eye for factual rigor, logical consistency, and over-claims

Ability to collaborate calmly and give clear, usable feedback

Preferred:

Experience with B2B or tech content

Familiarity with AI search behavior and content summarization

Experience using style guides and QC checklists
