- Content Optimization: Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility
and drive organic traffic to our platform.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of existing hotel-related content to identify
opportunities for improvement and ensure ongoing accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer
support teams to align content with overall business goals and user needs.
- User-Centric Approach: Champion the user perspective and contribute insights to
improve the user interface and experience.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Hospitality Management, or
a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) as a content editor, copy editor, or similar role, preferably
within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and
accuracy.
- Familiarity with the use of a CMS and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword optimisation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams.
