Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised, and data-driven Content Marketeer who also understands Digital Marketing and can take full ownership of our brand storytelling, campaign execution, and content pipeline. They will work closely with our content and digital agencies, own the narrative and marketing funnel and help us hit our student intake targets. This role combines deep content thinking with hands-on digital marketing execution; ideal for someone who loves crafting narratives AND driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop a monthly and quarterly content calendar aligned to business goals.
- Write high-quality content: social media posts, reels scripts, email newsletters, blog articles, landing pages, and campaign copy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all formats and platforms.
- Work with internal teams/facilitators to turn student stories and projects into compelling content.
- Manage photo/video shoots and coordinate with editors when required.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Instagram, Google, Meta.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, lead quality, and conversions.
- Manage website content updates, SEO principles, and basic analytics.
- Build top-funnel and middle-funnel nurturing flows (WhatsApp, email, CRM sequences).
- Track lead flow from ads landing pages CRM conversion.
Social Media Management
- Own the daily posting, engagement, responses, and insights for all social platforms.
- Monitor trends and create platform-relevant, high-performing, youth-centric content.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure high visual standards.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: CTRs, conversion rates, CAC, engagement rates, and ROI across campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Use insights to refine the strategy continuously. 5. Coordination & Project Ownership
- Work closely with admissions, operations, facilitators, and leadership teams.
- Manage external vendors (designers, editors, ad agencies) when needed.
- Own end-to-end marketing of events, webinars, and student showcases.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong writing skills (English), storytelling ability, and sense of narrative.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage content calendars and deadlines.
- Creative thinking + comfort with fast-paced execution.
Good-to-Have
- Basic design skills (Canva / Figma).
- Knowledge of automation tools (Zoho, Gallabox, Mailchimp, Zapier).
- Experience with student-centric brands, education, youth-oriented content.
