Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Content Developer. The role involves creating, curating, and refining high-quality content for online courses and educational materials. Responsibilities include conducting thorough research, developing content strategies, preparing well-organized and engaging materials, and collaborating with subject matter experts to align content with industry standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of impactful, industry-relevant learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Content Development, Writing, and Content Strategy
• Proficiency in Research and understanding of industry trends
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present ideas
• Ability to create structured, engaging, and learner-focused content
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Communications, or a relevant field is preferred
• Prior experience in educational content creation or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
