This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Developer, based in Roorkee. The Content Developer will be responsible for creating and designing effective and engaging learning materials tailored to various audiences. Day-to-day tasks include developing high-quality course content, applying instructional design principles, conducting research, writing and revising content, and collaborating with team members to meet project goals. Precision, creativity, and adherence to timelines are essential aspects of this role.

• Strong skills in Content Development, Writing, and Technical Writing
• Experience with Instructional Design methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to research and adapt content to diverse audiences and learning objectives
• Proficiency in tools and technologies used for e-learning content creation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, English, or related field preferred
