Senior Content Designer Job Description
Role Impact
We are looking for a motivated professional to support the delivery of effective learning programs that promote best practices and regulatory compliance. This role will contribute to exciting learning initiatives and onboarding programs aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development Administration
- Create and manage learning modules and track attendance within the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor new joiners, training completion status, and employee updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training content on internal platforms.
- Facilitate live training sessions via Zoom or in-person.
- Support requests for training data, including attendance and evaluation reports.
- Independently design e-learning content using authoring tools based on provided materials.
Requirements
- 35 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development, training, or content design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, platforms, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Zoom to support virtual learning sessions.
- Experience working in Learning & Development, compliance, or training environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred.
