Summary:

As a Content Designer, responsible for defining and elevating the visual direction of all creative assets across client visits, co innovation workshops, executive storytelling, and digital/physical brand experiences. The role combines strategic design thinking, brand stewardship, and hands on creative leadership to deliver high impact, visually consistent experiences aligned to client objectives and Accenture branding.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the visual language for client engagements, events, workshops, and narratives.
• Translate business objectives and storylines into compelling visual concepts, mood boards, and creative directions.
• Maintain consistency with Accenture Brand Guidelines across all touch points
• Review key creative deliverables: presentations, screens, video content, signage, spatial branding, artifacts, and digital assets.
• Work closely with cross functional teams (Sales, Design Thinking, Liquid Studio, Marketing).
• Collaborate with event planners and experience managers to define environmental and experiential design
• Bring advanced creative practicesmotion design, typography, layout, environmental graphics, UX thinkinginto client experiences.
• Explore emerging formats (interactive content, immersive design, spatial storytelling)
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Visual Design and Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with user experience design principles.
• Strong understanding of content strategy and information architecture.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other presentation tools.
• Excellent aesthetic judgment, typography, color, and layout skills.
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes to visualize content layouts.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Visual Design and Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
