Job Responsibilities: -
- Manage overall project schedules, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies.
- Liaise regularly with clients as the primary point of contact for content-related projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates.
- Develop, review, edit, and proofread content as needed, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and client expectations.
- Establish and maintain standardized workflows for content creation, client reviews, approvals, and delivery processes.
- Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement feedback loops to improve efficiency and quality of output.
- Balance workload distribution across internal resources and external vendors to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Track and monitor key performance metrics such as turnaround times, revision cycles, and approval timelines for continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in English (Hons), Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in content strategy, SEO practices, content writing, and editing.
- Proficiency in vendor management, agency/freelancer coordination, and client handling.
- Ability to manage content operations, project scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and client servicing skills.
- Prior experience in an advertising agency, content agency, or account management role is preferred.
