Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, politically aware Content Creator to join us in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for crafting impactful content for social media platforms, managing social media communication, and shaping narratives for political social media campaigns. The role requires strong writing skills, quick turnaround, and a deep understanding of political messaging and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging and impactful content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop a content strategy aligned with political narratives, leadership communication, and party guidelines.
• Create captions, threads, scripts, and short-form content for reels and social media campaigns.
• Manage and schedule posts across platforms to ensure timely, consistent communication.
• Monitor trends, news, and political developments to create relevant and real-time content.
• Coordinate with design, video, and strategy teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all social media platforms.
• Track performance metrics and optimise content strategy based on engagement insights.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the political leaders, key issues, and prevailing and evolving narratives of Chhattisgarh.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in content writing, preferably in political campaigns, media houses, digital agencies, or consulting firms.
• Strong command of Hindi and Chhattisgarhi (optional) writing with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Understanding of the political landscape, narratives, and public sentiment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• AI Video Generation & Utilisation Skills:
• Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation, captioning, and automation.
• Experience using platforms like ChatGPT and Google Gemini for ideation, drafting, and workflow efficiency.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted content strategically in political communication.
