About the Role
We're looking for a Content Creator who can shoot and edit high-quality videos end-to-end.
This role blends on-ground videography with strong editing, motion, and platform-native storytelling.
You won't just execute briefsyou'll shape how the Revamp brand shows up on Instagram, YouTube, ads, and the Urban Company app.
What You'll Do
Videography & On-ground Content
- Plan and shoot high-quality video content for social media, brand campaigns, ads, and website
- Capture design reveals, makeover journeys, craftsmanship details, BTS, customer stories, and product showcases
- Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to deliver cinematic, well-composed visuals
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams during shoots to bring brand narratives to life
Video Editing & Motion
- Edit short-form and long-form videos across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, app, ads)
- Adapt content to be platform-native while maintaining brand consistency
- Use motion, sound design, pacing, and colour correction to elevate storytelling
- Create always-on assets for brand, performance marketing, CRM, and app content
Creative Tools & Innovation
- Use GenAI tools (where relevant) as part of your creative workflownot just experimentation
- Explore new formats, trends, and editing styles to keep content fresh and culturally relevant
Ownership & Collaboration
- Take projects from concept to final output with minimal supervision
- Maintain an organized library of footage, edits, templates, and brand assets
- Contribute creative ideas proactivelynot just when briefed
- Balance brand guidelines with smart experimentation
Must-Have Skills
- Strong videography + video editing skills (end-to-end)
- Excellent visual taste: composition, lighting, framing, colour, rhythm
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of social-first and performance-driven video content
- Comfortable shooting on-ground and editing independently
- Good sense of storytelling, brand tone, and audience behaviour
Good to Have
- Experience in home dcor, lifestyle, D2C, or consumer brands
- Basic motion design / animations
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools in video or creative workflows
- Experience working closely with marketing or performance teams
