Role Summary

We are looking for a confident, camera-friendly Anchor & Host who can transform research-

backed scripts into highly engaging, high-retention YouTube videos for our Tech education

channels BTech/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA

The role combines strong on-camera delivery, storytelling ability, and hands-on understanding

of the YouTube platform including packaging and performance optimization.

A. What You Will Do

1. On-Camera Video Hosting

Present videos for BTech/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA YouTube channels

Deliver scripts in natural, engaging conversational style

Maintain strong screen presence and viewer connection

Use examples and storytelling to improve retention

Shoot videos in batch format as per content calendar

2. Script Refinement & Storytelling

Refine research scripts into engaging narrative flow

Improve hooks, transitions, and audience engagement points

Add relatable examples and student-focused tone

Provide feedback to research team for improvement

Ensure final script suits spoken delivery

3. YouTube Optimization & Channel Ownership

Upload and optimize videos on YouTube

Perform keyword research and metadata optimization

Guide thumbnail direction for better CTR

Monitor key metrics: CTR, retention, watch time, impressions

Suggest title improvements and packaging experiments

Analyze video performance and recommend improvements

4. Audience Engagement & Feedback Loop

Monitor and guide comment response strategy

Identify recurring student questions from comments

Suggest new content ideas based on audience feedback

Support live sessions or community engagement when required

B. What You Should Have

BTech/BCA/MCA/BBA/MBA graduate preferred or strong Tech content experience

Excellent on-camera confidence and communication

Strong Hindi/Hinglish/English speaking ability

Clear understanding of YouTube growth mechanics

Hands-on experience with video uploading and SEO

Understanding of CTR, retention, thumbnails, and packaging

Ability to convert scripts into engaging storytelling

Strong audience empathy and student connect

3+ years experience in hosting / YouTube content preferred

EdTech background is a strong advantage
