Key Responsibilities
- Analyse content performance to understandwhats working and whats not, and use insights to build better-performing content.
- Research trends, ideate reel concepts, and write scriptsaligned with brand tone and platform behaviour.
- Act in reels and short-form videos, confidently representing the brand as an on-screen face when required.
- Coordinate with videographers forshoot planning and execution.
- Work closely with editors tofinalise reel look, flow, and edits, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Stay updated onInstagram trends, formats, hooks, and storytelling styles.
- Plan and manage content calendars for reels and short-form videos.
Skills & Requirements
- Camera confidenceand comfort being theface of the brand.
- Strong understanding ofreels, short-form video formats, and social trends.
- Ability toconceptualise, script, and executeengaging video content end-to-end.
- Good sense ofvisual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Comfortable collaborating with videographers and editors to deliver polished output.
- Creative mindset with interest in content creation and social media trends
