About Faym
Faym lets creators earn money every time their audience shops. Creators post content on Instagram or YouTube featuring products from Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon and other marketplaces, and Faym turns those recommendations into trackable, payable sales. Faym handles attribution and payouts, with real-time data so creators know what's working.
As more brands bet on creators over traditional ads, Faym is building the infrastructure that powers creator-led commerce.
The Role
You'll be Faym's face on Instagram. On camera, every day. Your job is to create content that makes creators feel like they can start earning today, regardless of their follower count.
Instagram is the primary platform. YouTube Shorts is secondary.
What You'll Do
- Create and publish short-form video content for Faym's Instagram. You own the full pipeline: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, posting.
- Educate creators on earning through content. Not generic how to grow advice. Specific, practical content around affiliate commerce, what formats are actually converting into commissions, and how creators at any size can start earning.
- Make starting feel possible. A big part of the content is removing the I'm not ready barrier. Show that starting rough is fine. Show real examples. Make it relatable.
- Normalise the early grind. Slow growth, low views, self-doubt. Your content should make creators feel like that's part of the process, not a sign they should stop.
- Track what's working and optimise. Monitor saves, shares, DMs, and comments on your content. Double down on formats that perform. Kill what doesn't. You're not just creating; you're iterating.
Who You Are
- You're already creating content for yourself. You have 10K-25K followers on Instagram and you understand what it takes to build an audience from scratch. About to hit 10K Not a problem. Still apply.
- You're comfortable on camera and can speak naturally in Hindi, English, or Hinglish. This is not a voiceover role. Your face is the content.
- You understand the creator economy beyond just posting reels. You know what affiliate means, you've seen creators monetise, and you get why even small creators should care about earning from their content.
- You have 1.5-3 years of experience creating short-form content. Bonus if you've created educational or creator-focused content before.
- You have a creative instinct for what will make someone save a reel versus scroll past it. You think in hooks, not headlines.
Why This Role is Different
Most social media roles ask you to manage a brand's Instagram. This one asks you to BE the brand's Instagram. You're not scheduling posts from a content calendar someone else made. You're deciding what to say, how to say it, shooting it, editing it, and posting it. If you've ever wanted a role where your creative instincts directly shape a brand's presence, this is it.
