Role Overview

Faym is looking for a Content Creator (Social Media) responsible for developing and producing engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload content for Faym's social media channels, primarily short-form video formats.
• Create content that educates creators on topics such as content growth, monetization, and creator-commerce.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process ( ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing).
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content formats based on engagement and reach.

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of short-form content formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to shoot videos.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
