About the Role
F5 Events and Services is looking for a strong Content Creator & Shoot Lead who will not only be the face of select brands but also lead and direct the entire content production ecosystem.
This role goes beyond filming. You will be responsible for planning shoots, directing cameramen and videographers, curating content ideas, and ensuring that every piece of content created across F5 brands is social-media ready and performance-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the creative lead for all brand shoots under F5 Events and Services
- Direct and coordinate cameramen, videographers, and cinematographers based on event schedules and brand requirements
- Plan shot breakdowns, content angles, and shooting formats before every event or campaign
- Ensure the right placement, framing, and style of shoots for each brand
- Act as the on-camera face whenever required for reels, brand communication, or event highlights
- Curate content ideas based on what is currently working on social media
- Guide editors with clear direction on hooks, pacing, cuts, transitions, and storytelling
- Personally edit videos when required and ensure quality control before publishing
- Work closely with the social media team to align shoots with platform trends and campaign goals
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media content trends and performance-driven formats
- Experience handling or directing shoot teams (cameramen, videographers, editors)
- Clear ability to conceptualize and direct different types of shoots
- Hands-on experience in video editing (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / similar tools)
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
