Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Retail Sales Executive & Content Creator who can drive in-store sales while creating engaging social media content.

This is a role combining retail sales + content creation, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and being on camera.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales & Customer Interaction

• Assist walk-in customers and guide them on product selection

• Demonstrate products and clearly explain features & benefits

• Drive in-store conversions and achieve sales targets

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience

Content Creation (In-Store)

• Create Instagram Reels, Stories, and short-form videos

• Capture real customer experiences and testimonials

• Shoot engaging product demos and behind-the-scenes content

• Maintain consistency with brand tone and aesthetics

Brand Representation

• Represent the brand confidently in-store and on camera

• Ensure store presentation and customer experience align with brand standards

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail / customer-facing roles

• Comfortable being on camera and creating content

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

• Energetic, confident, and people-friendly personality

• Interest in beauty / skincare / wellness industry
