Content Creator — Internship + Full-Time

Location: Palam, Delhi; primarily on-site

Working days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work for shoots, events or other work requirements

Hours: Typically 11 AM–7 PM. Hours may be shorter or longer depending on the work.

Travel: Outside Delhi when required

Meyakara is a fashion brand built around The Shape of Your Escape. We're looking for a creator who can develop ideas, shoot and edit content, and help manage how that content performs online.

What you'll do

• Develop ideas, hooks and short scripts for reels, stories, carousels and campaigns.
• Shoot garment details, styling, movement and behind-the-scenes content.
• Appear on camera in brand reels, photographs and videos when required.
• Edit videos with clear pacing, readable text, subtitles and appropriate sound.
• Create reel covers and supporting graphics.
• Help plan the content calendar, write captions and publish approved posts.
• Review audience response and use it to improve future content.
• Support content for organic posts and Meta campaigns.
• Attend shoots and brand activities, including occasional weekends and travel outside Delhi.
• Keep footage, editable files and finished assets organised.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio showing content you personally planned, shot or edited. Personal and college projects are welcome.
• Practical shooting and video-editing ability.
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera.
• A good eye for framing, lighting, styling and garment details.
• Strong written English and an understanding of Instagram.
• The ability to plan and publish content, then learn from its performance.
• Availability for the stated on-site schedule, occasional weekend work and travel.

Internship applicants should show hands-on ability and willingness to learn. Full-time applicants should be able to take a brief from concept to finished content independently. Experience managing a page or supporting digital campaigns is an advantage.
