About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who can conceptualise, create, and deliver engaging content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, along with hands-on experience in scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos.

From brainstorming fresh ideas to appearing on camera and bringing concepts to life, the candidate should be comfortable managing the content creation process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Write scripts, storyboards, captions, and creative copies for reels, shorts, and social media posts.
• Create short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific formats.
• Shoot, film, and edit videos using relevant equipment and editing tools.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and platform algorithms.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera, presenting ideas, and delivering dialogues when required.
• Develop engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the creative, design, and social media teams to develop content strategies and execute campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action to improve audience engagement.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
• Monitor content performance and incorporate insights into future content creation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital content production.
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing original content, reels, and video projects.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram and YouTube.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• A strong understanding of digital audiences and content consumption trends.

Required Skills

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in scripting, content conceptualisation, and short-form video creation.
• Basic to intermediate video shooting and editing skills.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
• Confidence in front of the camera and strong presentation skills.
• Understanding of social media trends, formats, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating content for brands, advertising agencies, or digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in both on-camera and behind-the-camera content creation.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance-driven content.
• Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, edutainment, or brand-led storytelling.
