The Role

You won't be just a presenter or just a writer. You'll be a content creator who understands that what is said and how it is delivered both matter. You'll work on long-form YouTube videos and short-form content like Shorts and Reels, collaborating with producers and editors to create finance content that educates, entertains, and holds attention.

What You'll Do

On-camera content creation:

• Present finance stories with clarity, confidence, and energy
• Deliver strong hooks, pacing, and natural screen presence
• Read teleprompter scripts smoothly with expressive body language

Script writing and structuring:

• Write scripts for short-form and long-form finance content
• Turn ideas, research, and numbers into simple, engaging stories
• Refine scripts to improve flow, clarity, and watchability

Content collaboration:

• Work closely with producers and editors during shoots
• Improve content based on feedback and performance
• Proactively flag issues with delivery, framing, lighting, or audio

You're a Great Fit If You

• Are fluent in English with clear diction
• Enjoy both writing content and being on camera
• Understand why certain reels and videos perform better
• Can maintain energy across multiple takes
• Take feedback seriously and improve quickly
