- Analyze competitor channels, education creators, and industry thought leaders.
- Study student/learner behavior, FAQs, pain points, and search patterns to propose strong content ideas.
- Maintain and create a structured repository of topic insights, references, hooks, and title options.
- Research on educational videos, webinars, podcasts, and career-focused content.
- Track YouTube algorithm updates, EdTech trends, and content shifts.
- Be on camera to create short video content, intros, explainers, and research-led snippets.
Competencies
- Strong interest in education, career development, and upskilling.
- Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a core part of the role.
- Ability to analyze YouTube content, formats, and audience engagement.
- Good research, documentation, and summarization skills.
- Bonus: Basic understanding of scripting, storytelling, or content strategy.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic analytical tools.
