We're building Locus — an intentional dating app designed to cut through the noise of modern dating and help people focus on real connections.
We're looking for a Content Creator Intern who can own content end-to-end — from idea to execution.
What you'll be doing:- Creating carousels, static posts, and short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Planning and managing a content calendar
- Shooting and appearing in content (on-camera presence is required)
- Sourcing and coordinating UGC creators
- Turning ideas into consistent, high-quality output
- Identifying trends and adapting them quickly
What we're looking for:- Strong design sense (Canva required, Figma a plus)
- Clear understanding of what makes content engaging
- Comfortable being on camera (non-negotiable)
- Proactive mindset — you take initiative without waiting for direction
- Ability to own projects end-to-end
- Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and iterate
